“We had a wonderful trip and I was telling my wife on the way home how easy you were to work with and how smooth everything always went from the time you started putting our package together through the entire vacation. The Riu Tropical Palace was great as always and yes they ROLLED out the red carpet like never before it seemed. The front desk greeted us with a huge welcome back from them all including the bell men. The entire staff it seems or most of them anyway greeted us and welcomed us back, it seemed as though everywhere we went their staff were always wanting to help and offer even better service if there was anything we wanted. They not only gave us our requested (first floor oceanfront) room that we asked for but a few days later they gave us a suite a few doors down which is our new favorite room (it was perfect). …. They even delivered a birthday cake to our room on my birthday. Everyone was so nice and treated us as though we were the most special guest on the property. We have always enjoyed ourselves at the Riu Tropical bay resort and it seems that the service cannot be beaten as they always make us feel like family when we arrive and this year even more so. Elaine the front dest manager, with so many responsibilities was alway present it seemed and always available to say hi how are you and is there anything that you need help with. (She is the best) I could go on and about the high level of service and wonderful property………..
