I met Ann through a networking group and always appreciated her enthusiastic approach to traveling. When it was time to arrange a surprise vacation for our kids to Mexico over the Christmas holiday, Ann was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was knowledgeable, understanding, had great follow-up, and took care of EVERYTHING; all we had to do was pack and go.
